Any value in Padres for tomorrow

I am deciding whether or not to pull the trigger on Padres -145 on tomorrows game against the Brew Crew.

While I sit here and watch the Pirates/Brew game go into the 12th inning.

I think it is a definite play, but I am trying to decide where the line will go between now and game time.
