What is the value of betting on +runs?

It seems that +1.5 runs usually correlates to about -100 odds. (EV to -200)

What would +2 runs correlate to?
+2.5?

I've been curious about this is well. Seems to be a lot of extra chalk for a small benefit, but haven't done any research on it.
