Cubs/reds under 9 makes a lot of sense. Casey Coleman has struggled at home (10.24 era at home) but on the road (.96 era) is much better. Coleman has only one away start. Coleman won his first career game at washington in his last outing by a 9-1 score. Coleman pitched 6 1/3 innings and allowed 3 hits and 1 earned run. Cincy may score 4-5 runs in this game but it will be the cubs that are not goin to score much. Travis Wood is pitching for the reds and he has 4 day starts and is 2-1 with 2.96 era, .99 whip, and BA of .165. In 24.1 innings of those 4 starts, Wood has given up only 14 hits, 10 walks and only 9 runs. Cubs relief pitchers have pitched really well against the reds. Cubs relievers (Russell, Marshall and Marmol) have very good numbers against the reds. Just take a look at their stats against the reds. And the reds relief pitching is very good against the cubs. Travis WOod is a tough lefty that is coming off worst career start against the giants. Wood only lasted 4 innings and the reds lost 16-5. Reds are also the walking wounded. 2nd Baseman Phillips has a bruised right wrist and has not played since August 25. NIX has a sprained left ankle and he can barely run and is day to day. Edmonds and Crabera were both added to the 15 day disabled list.

As for under in the oak/texas game, I am with you on that too. Gio Gonzalez is unhittable in day games this season (9 starts, 6-1, 62.2 innings, 39 hits, 19 walks, 14 runs, only 2 hrs, for an era of 2.01, a whip of 0.93 and BA of .176). In 4 career starts against the rangers, Gio has pitched 26.2 innings and allowed 21 hits and only 5 runs for an era of 1.69. GIo has only given up 1 hr to the rangers. Chad LEwis has decent numbers against the A's too but not as good Gio. IN his last start against the A's, Lewis only give up 3 hits and a run in 6 innings and lost the game 3-1 to the A's ace Cahil. A's dont have much offense and the rangers just cannot hit Gio. This game is going under 8.5 runs. DG Magee you will go 2-0 on sunday on these 2 unders.
