    Mlb friday
Tampa Bay (11-4) has been on fire! They have won 8 of their last ten games overall and are 8-1 on the road thus far in the season. Tampa Bay has their bats swinging scoring 31 runs in their last 4 games with a BAVG. of .256 in that four game span. The Rays will send their maturing ace, Matt Garza to the hill. The right hander is starting out the season with a 3-0 record nd an era of .75. His last start was beyond outstanding. Garza pitched 8 innings, walked 2 and fanned 5 batters, giving up 0 earned runs in that game. Garza is 6-3 with a 1.70 era in 10 career starts against Toronto. Not too mention 13-8 with a 3.01 era in 33 career starts at Tropicana Feild.
The Blue Jays call up left-hander Brett Cecil from Triple-A Las Vegas to replace the injured Brain Tallet. Cecil went 7-4 with a 5.30 era in just 93 1/3 innings. Cecil was 2-0 with a 2.45 era in 11 innings in Vegas Triple-A,However, Cecil did face the Rays once last season and lasted only 3.1 innings as Tampa bay shelle dhim for 6 runs off 6 hits, 5 of them earned, including 2 homers. The Blue Jays have not only struggled in Tropicana Feild at a 7-20 record in their last 27 meetings in Tampa Bay, but has been owned by the Rays at a 1-7 record in the last 8 meetings with Garza on the hill and in Tampa. It a receipt for disaster for the Blues Jays facing Garza in Tampa. I don't usually take run lines but I do like the rays winning by 2+ runs in this situation.

Good write up. The rays really are on fire right now. I like the runline especially considering how they are winning by considerable margins

It's hard to find a reason to go against this pick. On the surface, the Rays should dominate, but as we know if it seems too good to be true it probably is. I looked into this game too, and I was surprised the odds were only -110. Great value on what seems like a mismatch. BOL no your play, I'm probably going to lay off.
