"Rainout" means the game is cancelled due to rain or other bad weather. A teaser is different from a parlay because a teaser involves better spreads or point totals (i.e. 3-point teaser will add 3 points to all the game spreads involved). Teasers also do not pay out as much because the odds are slightly better than a parlay (sometimes there is less value in the teaser though).
