My money is on Texas today. Feldman plays pretty descent against NY going 2-1 witha 2.37 ERA in 3 starts. Our bats are due to get hot and so with this combination I'm playing 10 units on the ml.

I am also On Texas,
Not too sure about the over, both pitchers have pretty solid starts to their seasons.
I think that Under is the play.
