Phillies -150 Francis has pitched twice this year at Citizens Bank Park and he was rocked both times. Meanwhile this will be the first time the Rockies see the red hot Hamels this season. There will proabbly be few opportunities to score in this game so the team that can take advantage of those opportunities will win.
