This via the Pirates' regular Twitter feed. Burres will start tonight because Ross Ohlendorf has back spasms. Burres is a low-velocity lefty and a mediocrity by any standard--the best available option only because Brad Lincoln just pitched and Kevin Hart is a mess--so tonight should be pretty much unbearable. But at least the moustache of sadness is gone. He'll probably pass through waivers and end up back at Indianapolis. And hopefully Ohlendorf will get better quickly and this little rendezvous with Burres will prove to be a one-night kind of thing.
