One bad start does not make a season. Seems strange out of all the guys who have also had bad starts (Morton, Dice-K, Beckett, Vasquez) Brock insists that Garcia is the prime target.

Something to consider. He has the 2nd most Interleague wins in the short time of it's history with 18, and guess who has the most ? Yeah his teammate Mark Burhrle with 19.

Garcia gave up 7 er's in each of two starts... one lasting 2.1 innings and one lasting 3 innings...

in the other 7 starts he has given up 16 Er's in 46 innings for a 3.13 ERA...

6 of those 7 games were "quality starts" a stupid stat, where he only allowed 2 er's in 6+ innings each time..

same amount of QS's at Phil Hughes
