Why lowly Orioles today?

1. Orioles lost first 2 games by only 1 run. Rays can't trash Orioles..

2. Tampa Bay Rays will host New York Yankees this friday. You're guaranteed to win the series, (leading the series 2-0) and you will host New York Yankees in weekend. Rays may have some motivation/concenration problems tonight versus lowly Orioles..

3. Playing UNDER when Rays face a lefty was a moneymaker last season. Why? Rays can't hit lefties well so they can't score too many runs. Matusz is a southpaw and he's a good pitcher in my opinion.

4. Orioles are 4-1 in Matusz's last 5 starts as an underdog and 4-1 in Matusz's last 5 starts versus a team with a winning record.
