Does anyone know of a resource which shows the value of half runs for different team totals?
For example, how many points of juice is it worth going from 3.5 to 4.0? From 4.5 to 5.0?
Do any other factors effect this estimate... one team being a big favorite, the game total, etc.?
Do any online books have drop down boxes where you can choose which team total you want?
