It was a dumb line even if Oakland comes back. Seattle is a better team with a much better pitcher going. Even if Sheets pitches well this year, he has to prove it first after missing a full year. That line was basically reflecting a prime, healthy Sheets vs Felix Hernandez. Even then, I'd go with Hernandez for the better supporting cast.

Very disturbing news for those that rightly took Seattle at -125. Hernandez gets taken out for some scrub with a 2 run lead, 2 runners on, and 2 out. For some unknown reason, said scrub had good numbers last season. But he threw batting practice and gave up the lead. The good part is Oakland runner got thrown out at 3rd. It's good, because likely that Seattle reliever was gonna give up a 3 run jack next. Now Seattle needs to score
