    Philadelphia @ Washington

Roy Halladay makes his first start with his new team and they will win. Halladay has been the most consistent pitcher in baseball over the last 8 years and now that he actually plays for a good team, he will pile up the victories with ease.

    Minnesota @ LA Angels

Hitting the mound for the Minnesota Twins will be Scott Baker and he will oppose Jered Weaver for the Angels.
Possible rainy weather in Anaheim and we will not see the ball carry which will greatly aid our cause for an under. Baker has pitched well in his past two starts against the Angels allowing just 3 earned runs in 13 innings pitched. The Angels still have a good bullpen, which will keep their opponents off the board in innings 6 through 9.

    San Diego @ Arizona

The Padres have a weak hitting lineup and most teams will give nothing for Adrian Gonzalez to hit. San Diego has a good bullpen to keep runs off the board in the later innings. Dan Haren pitched very well at home with a WHIP of 0.95 and allowing opposing batters to hit .207 against him. Haren got off to a great start last April.

    under 8.5 runs
