Rays -1.5 tomorrow. James Shields had a good spring and for the most part owns the Orioles (Rays have won 9 of his last 10 starts against the Orioles). Kevin Millwood struggled this spring and has been average at best against the Rays in his career. 2-2 with an ERA over 6. History suggests the Rays will win this one, but will they cover the 1.5? We'll see.
