How long before game time are they posted, and where can I find them?

You can find them at mlb.com roughly 45 min before gametime. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

Don't hold me to this but I believe both managers have announced their opening day lineups. So barring any late injuries, these should be the lineups tonight
