Yup good advice and normally I do when there's two good pitchers on the mound. Unfortunately I made the bet at midnight the night before because I didn't want to wait til the morning and have 8 instead of 8.5 and I didn't wanna go too heavy on one game or I would have taken FF as well. LOL for sure you are welcome here. Yeah it's tough going from hockey to baseball, even though both can have pretty drastic swings. The main thing I notice is no lead is safe in baseball since there are 9 innings, whereas in hockey a 3-0, 4-0 lead usually it's game over.

Thanks I figured the Jays were due to bust out tonight and even though Garland was 11-2 in his career vs the Jays he has been hittable giving up more hits than innings pitched vs the Jays and sporting around a 4 ERA. As a Jays fan I remembered them roughing him up more than once and he's more of a control guy, not overpowering which the Jays usually abuse

Two solid young pitchers take to the mound today in Buchholz and Kennedy. Buchholz has been one of the better AL pitchers this season posting a 2.52 ERA on the year and a 1.17 ERA in his last three starts. That combined with the fact Arizona hasn't scored a run on the road in their last 31 innings and it should be a low scoring first five. Ian Kennedy has quietly put together a solid season with a 3.17 ERA and should be able to hold the Red Sox bats in check early until the Arizona bullpen comes in to blow it late

A rare parlay for me mostly because I hate betting too much juice. Josh Johnson has been a terror this year with an ERA of 1.91 and 0.41 in his last three. With Price on the mound vs the Braves as well as the Rays holding the best road record (22-8) and facing a seemingly cursed Kawakami (0-8), I like the Rays tonight. Halladay at + money is a rare occasion and he has always pitched well against the Yanks as he is 18-6 with a 2.81 ERA in his career, including 8-1 vs the Yanks in his last 10 starts. CC has been decent this year but 4 of his 6 wins have come against the Orioles. At around 5-1 odds I like this parlay a lot.

Gave it all back from yesterday Again on a Tuesday, my cursed day in gambling and life I don't know what it is about Tuesdays but I swear I can't win on them. On a good note at least I didn't play PHI/FLA and TB for a unit each or the day would have been much worse it looks like.
