Man...that was a horrible series, second V3 series I've lost this year..I keep telling myself I'm gonna stop betting the JM system but it never happens. Bet the 2nd + 4th of the series and lost a bunch..It amazes me how the Phillies can lose 4 in a row at home to the Astros..baseball is unpredictable sometimes.Comment -

2. Official V.1 A bet on the LA Angels against the O's who swept them last series.

So we have a v3 loss on Phillies, glad I didn't follow this series.
Here is what I have for tonight:
Official : Los Angeles Angels [a bet] vs. Baltimore Orioles => ML play @ 1,73
Unofficial: Seattle Mariners [a bet] vs. Minnesota Twins => RL play @ 1,70
Chicago Cubs [a bet] vs. Cincinnati Reds = RL play @ 1,76
Arizona Diamondbacks [a bet] vs. San Francisco Giants = RL play @ 1,74Comment -
Boston [a bet] vs. Tampa => RL play @ 1,52
Boston is an Unofficial play for me, according to his rules we do not play a top 3 RPI. Tampa is at the moment the best team in mlb and Boston is third (If you take a look at the RPI standings). I remember last mlb season was two such plays and JM put them as official as well. Both teams where rpi top 3. These were the plays:
Saint Louis vs. Milwaukee on 26 May & Boston vs. NYY on 21 AUG. Both teams won on [A BET]. In my opinion Boston could take one win out of three games.

This is the SECOND v3 system loss this season (first TOR, and now PHI). I'm glad I didn't played this one. For the first time this MLB season, I avoided a system loss. Hurray !
I'm pretty sure JM will count this series as "draw". Why a draw ? Because he is JM, and JM could not lose even if all series under the system lose.
We also lost TWO v1 series (SFG and PIT), and one v1 A and B bets loss on LAA - the C bet was canceled because of the pitching change.
We can only guess how many more losses will happen till the end of the season, and how many of them (if not all) JM will call "wins" or "draws".
This MLB system started to suck, big time.. After the last successful season following the system, it never came to my thoughts that this season could be so f*cking nasty..

Under the system rules Boston shouldn't be considered an official play, the only official play tonight should be LAA, who were swept by Baltimore on August 3-4-5 and have an RPI .031 higher, which makes them an official play and he didn't even mention them in his E-mail...

Angels you chase Boston is finished...Unofficial plays you do not chase you are suppose to chase the better team, hence if they lost they would have become version 3 plays today. The only one that lost was SanFran so they should become V3 play today.Comment -
His system has been terrible this year, after losing the first week I just play his plays as standard picks and do not double up on B bets just cover my initial loss. He has hit a bunch of games on A bets. If a team was on a A or B bet and was -275 etc I would lay -1.5 and if they won by 1 i'm off of them with a small loss. It made up for the big games where you would have been crushedComment -
