    Sweep strategy :
    TEAMS TRYING TO AVOID THE SWEEP :
    This is how it looks .
    Pirates = loss
    Pades = loss
    Dodgers = won
    Nats (4th game) = won >> (home)

    AL:
    DRays = won >> (home)
    Twins = won >> (home)

    Home/away breakdown with these teams trying to avoid the sweep:
    Home teams :
    Nats = win
    padres = loss
    Drays = win
    Twins = win

    Away :
    Pirates = loss
    Dodgers = won

    Are you just starting this research? Have you looked at this in the past and come up with any significant trends?

      I have many strategies , this is really just one of them .
      Is more or less a gauge .
      Sometimes all the teams avoid the sweep and sometimes all are swept .
      Most of the time it is a balance like nature thing .
      The teams get swept more , is an edge to go against the teams trying to avoid the sweep overall this year , last year was the same , and yeah year before that too .
      Is a maturity thing to ACTUALLY , TRULY , realize that when a team in baseball is losing you should not back them until they show they can win a game .
      The other side of it holds deep sweet water also , that you should not be going against a team that is on a winning streak .
      In my world , in my brain I have always liked to think no way this team is going to lose again that has been losing so many in a row ..................they r pros right , lmao
      And yes , no way this team that has won so many in a row can keep up this winning streak , no way they win today , well , that is not really the way to be thinking .
      Conclusion : go against the team in losing streak and ride the team on a winning streak .
      I AM APPLYING THIS TO MLB .
      Other sports would have to be looked at accordingly .
      Everything I say is from doing this every day for almost 10 years straight now . Is of course no full proof strategy that always works , you have to work them all the time , every day and look for the big day to cancel out the losing ones .
      Is no simple way to explain really , you just have to live it to know maybe .

        The Big Picture is the key . THE WHOLE SEASON , all the teams could avoid the sweep today and that should have no influence on the way a real baseball bettor bets .
        Example : when a team wins 10 in a row , when a team loses 10 in a row . You would suffer greatly perhaps if you kept backing those teams on the due theory strategy (to break winning streak / to break losing streak) .
        RIDE THE STREAK UNTIL IT SNAPS BOTH WAYS .
        These principles apply from day 1 of the season .
        You can always start at ONE , 1 game win /lose .
