baseball is easiest due to the number of games therefore more data, it is that simple really.

I don't think any sport is really easier than another. It call depends on the capper.

I personally have more success in MLB than any other sport. It's a real grind though and if you don't have patience, don't even bother.

Most people have more success in baseball every year. Many more games to choose from each day

Yeah mlb is easier to cap then nba, basketball lines tend to be very sharp especially the totals. Can hardly wait till the regular season gets going.

Baseball is easier than NBA against the spread, but because of the odds you have to win often.

I've had much more success in MLB, especially betting hometown teams. You can get a pretty good read on a team watching them play 162 games.

Much of the sentiment already noted, I agree with. I think it's easier to be successful in MLB, but I don't think it's easier to handicap. You're always going to have those days when a great pitcher lasts 2 innings and his team gets pounded, 9-1.

Since baseball doesn't come down to how many times the losing team feels like fouling the other team at the end of the game, yes, its much easier

Its not even close, MLB...IMO.. Baseball is a game of streaks(and much more) teams win or loose 3 of 4, 7 of 9 ,12 of 15, ect. There is no point spread. In the NBA A team goes on a streak and the line is adj. -6 then -9 then -11 ect. I could go on on just ask any bookie or sportsbook they will tell you, they loose the most $ during baseball season. What percentage would you say to turn a profit?

There is no set percentage because it totally depends on the lines you're playing. A couple of people I know only play MLs down to -135, then they switch to the run line.
If someone only played -135 lines they would have to win about 58% of the time just to be even. NBA spreads at -110 take about 52.5% to break even. I'm going to play more RLs this year and see how that works.

baseball no doubt so many more angles to look at and in the NBA you never know during scrub time if teams cover or not.
