he picked all the teams listed, if you notice the other pitchers names don't have their team name listed, and it looks like the bet is a action bet, so if those pitchers don't start ,theres still action on it. if you want the bet to count only if those pitchers listed start ,it should say "listed" not "action", but i could be wrong cause i don't know what book this is out of.
