It certainly is true that no lead is safe in baseball. The Phillies bullpen screws me over every time I play them. I'd laugh if it wasn't so pathetic...and the fact that I'm losing money.

Yes pokernut, it has happened a couple of times. Most recently was in a Sunday Night ESPN game a couple of years ago when Seattle jumped out to an 11-0 lead, and Cleveland came back to win the game.
