I don't know the full Philly lineup, but I know J Happ is the starter. I like it at +110.
TB is play real well. But I can't pass up Tor +120. BOL.
I also like the Mets mainly because of the Astros starting pitcher (Casey Daigle, a minor leaguer). However, I can't lay -140 for a preseason game.
