Hes 15-14 o/u. But I'd lean towards the over.

I live in AZ. I have watched every D-backs- Padre game. If the Padre pitchers don't get 3 inches on each of the plate, they are mortal. I have been looking at the umpires and they seem to have a say.
SD is not really a good team when their pitchers have to pitch from black to black on the plate.
