MLB TV Streaming or Audio

Does anyone have any links where I can watch MLB TV on my computer streaming at work? I can't have a TV, but have 3 CPU's in front of me. Or a list of audio broadcasts?? I would really appreciate it!

I looked at that this morning and It doesn't show that they have the MLB network stream... Maybe they will update later in the day?

I hope so, I fukkin hate my job, I can't have a tv in the office and i REFUSE to pay MLB.com to watch stuff. I'd even settle for audio (radio)

I am not sure if they do spring training games but they do regular season games

I use channelsurfing all the time but I don't see any signs of spring training games being on there. I'll post a link if I find any decent streams for today

I did last year but getting direct tv when I move at end of the month. It is a good quality picture.
