Baseball is the sport I am best at capping. If all teams are playing you will see about 5 plays a day sometimes more. Lots of choices to bet on

Try team websites or blogs for lineups early if possible. If not mlb.com usually has them up 30-45min before game time. The Mets have them up early on Metsblog.com

I usually wait for lineups and pitchers who are scheduled to pitch during game. Once they are posted I will have a decision. Most games though do go over during spring training. Today 9 out of 14 games went over 10 runs.
