LT, you know I love you brother, but I have to ask do you handicap these games? Or, do you, like, use the force?

Granted, I had to load so much heavy wood today everyone can start calling me JJ (Jenna Jameson), so I wish I found even a glimmer of hope in these picks.

Jo Jo has an ERA over 9 last several games, Braves have lost 5 in a row when Jo Jo starts. Wainright has been unhittable lately.

You would bet against Carmona? His ERA in august is 2.00, Meche's is over 5.00.

Stauffer got demolished in his only start this year. Phillies are 7-1 in home games Kendrick started this year.

Armas has given up 15 runs in his last 12 innings. Not hits, runs. Betting against Wandy at home?

McGowan 5.50 ERA last 3 starts. Angels are 10-3 in games Escobar started at home. Escobar is 2.77 ERA in August including a 5 run blowout against the Yankees.

Padilla is over 7.00 ERA last 3 starts. Washburn is mediocre in August at best, slightly over 4.00 ERA. But he's only been knocked around once.

Having said that, I am going to do a round robin of 2 pick parlays of all these picks. LOL

Dang! Day games went from 2-3 to 0-5 in a heartbeat. Royals up 3-2 with 2 out and nobody on in 9th. Pirates led 4-1, still up 4-3 with one out in 8th and a bullpoen that had 18 straight scoreless innings coming in.

Oh well!
