prove you can cap at a 55% clip here in the forums and people will follow you. No one will just join out of nowhere unless they have proof that you can win. Keep a well documented post with records, plays, and unit sizes and people will follow you if you're doing well enough. THen you can go about going tout and you'd have a following

so if i had a combination of systems that averaged 100 units per year (excluding intersections), you think i'd have a good chance of attaining that status?

The thing about being a tout is the market is saturated, mostly with inferior products. If you're really that good, you'd be better off putting that effort into actually making money at sports betting...

that's the grey area pay systems...if people are that good, to where others will pay for their Tips, why would these people be wasting their time and not tipping on these plays themselves? The reality is, it's easier to sit behind the computer and give others information and get paid for it, with no risk involved....i.e...you aren't even betting on your own tips.

Why get into this market, if you have good handicapping ability, use it for yourself.

but not everyone has the bankroll to really profit from it by just using it for themselves

If you went tout, your winning percentage will go down

I don't know why but it happens. Maybe because of pressure or law of averages after a good run? Same thing happens when you start tailing a hot capper as well. If some one is hot, you should know it won't last forever. %70+ claims are very dangerous. %57-58 is more balanced in my opinion. I'm happy with my NBA record (44-32, %57) in statfox. If you're over %70+ over 20-30 games, it may be followed by a cold streak. Best sample size is 200-300 bets in my opinion.

Will take much longer than this to produce systems winning 100 units a year! But feel free to share j/k

Hard work will produce good results long term. Good luck.

Unfortunately, SBR has no option to hide picks before the game, so by posting your plays here, you're giving away your "product" for free. I have brought this to the attention of SBR, but I was ignored. Also, since your picks and your reputation are the same, I would be very reluctant to post my picks on a web page that screams "BETA" in the banner. There are other web sites that will track your picks for free. I won't "broadcast" them here, as SBR might take that as a "dis". PM me and I'll reply.
