The value is with Atlanta as a substantial home dog. As good as Webb has been, his recent dominance has only inflated this line.

Webb's recent scoreless streak, while still quite impressive, has come against the Nats, LAD, Pads and Fish, team's that don't come close to matching Atlanta's potent offense.
