    Really? Reds-Cubs
    Only 9 for the total? This was one I marked yesterday to take the over if it was even at 10. I realize the wind is scheduled to be blowing in from center-right cent at 8-10 mph, but this seems low to me.

    Livingson (CIN) Over in 4 of 5 road starts
    Marquis (CHI) Unders favored during day starts 5 of 7, but 6 of 11 overall at home have gone over.

    CIN: 5 straight cashed overs.
    CHI: 5 of last 7 cashed overs.

    Also I think playing CIN straight up seems good. Cincy is 4-1 at Wrigley this season and Marquis has mediocre lifetime #s vs. them at 4-3, 4.45 ERA. Livingston has not faced the Cubs, but the Cubs are just .232 vs. lefties in their last 10.

                                      That line was because the early reports of the weather at Wrigley had the temp in the 70s, and a low double digit wind blowing in from center. Any time that is the weather report early in the day for Wrigley, the line is going to be lower that it seems like it should be. But often it's an overreaction, as it probably was today, I had the over as well.
