Simple analysis. Garza can be dominant or at the very least effective. Davies is garbage.
PHILLIES -147
Even with the high price, tough not to like the Phils here. They've won each of Kendrick's six home starts. Mitre has been very hittable lately and recent form with the Fish struggling on the road and PHI looking solid dictates this play for me.
