They offer them on Bookmaker and they are playing most games on the MLB Network. In fact, Venezuala and Puerto Rico are playing on the MLB Network right now.

Tomorrow at 3:30et is Mexico vs Puerto Rico and at 7:30et is Venezuala vs Dominican Republic

I couldnt get on yesterday. This afternoon I'm thinking of laying the -200 with the Dominican Republic even though I don't like to go that high with the juice. They are just flat out better overall and they're playing like it. Their pitching has been dominant giving up just 4 runs in 3 games and Puerto Rico's offense hasn't really been there. They did put up a 5 spot yesterday but that had a lot to do with a misplayed ball to open up the game. They scored 3 total runs in their prior 2 games.
