The guys posting the "locks" and "guaranteed winner" threads are just making themselves targets. Then when you make a follow up post that doesn't concur with the o/p they are usually offended and the name calling starts.

I can go back in time to my younger days and tell you why Bradley typed that DODGES LOCK late last night . He saw the pitcher for the reds DUMATRAIT and thought no way that guy beats the Dodgers .. etc etc works sometimes , could have easily went Dodgers way just didnt . Dodgers would have been $ had that unheard of guy pitched but instead was reds # 1 starter , now thats funny .

Isn't that why books offer Listed Pitchers? You would have to be on crack not to use Listed Pitchers when you bet on baseball.
