Haren and the A's -102 @ Home? I do not understand this line for Sunday?

Probably the fact the Athletics offense is terrible and Lackey is no scrub might have something to do with that.

I guess the A's could of been a little more higher, maybe a -110. But that line is about right.

Angels bats haven't really been all that either.. I know Lackey is no scrub but Haren should be favored at home here IMO..

Bullpen favoring the Angels? Then again, the Angels pen has been shaky. That could be even too.

Angels are a first place team with their # 1 or 2 starter on the mound . On paper is nothing but a toss up , no real advantages to outweigh each other ON PAPER . 1 oclock in calif the weather is big in what happens , really hot , sweating , humidity , could be one of those go opposite of what you think results . One of the pitchers doesnt do well at all , etc . CHECK THE WEATHER AND HOW THOSE 2 STARTERS HAVE FAIRED IN THE DAYTIME . Check how both starters performed in the month of august last couple years . You know the deal .

I haven't looked closely yet, but at first glance I think the A's are a play here. Both pitchers have tailed off a bit since the first half of the year, but I think Lackey has tailed off more. Then again this is all from memory so will check back in a bit. Also, having Street back helps A's pen.

I'm on OAK and the over. Bases loaded, no outs, bottom of the first, and OAK scores 1 run. It's just unbelievable how they do this every single game. They load the bases more than any other team it seems and rarely make it pay off.
