    Cat Nights of Winter - 8/3
    2-2 last night. Winners of SF and PITT. Losers of Cincy and Texas. Won some change. 3 today......


    Cincinnati +127.....Not really that big on Belisle but, after coming off a 3 game sweep to arguably the worst team in baseball, I think the Reds should show some life tonight. Snell is tough but the Reds should come out firing. 1 unit to win 1.27 units.

    Philadelphia +137.....I really can't believe the price on this game. I've been known to be wrong before but these teams seem to be heading in two opposite directions from my view. I actually think the wildcard will come from either Atlanta or Philly now. Philly is notorious for making late season runs. I think it is starting before our eyes. Phils usually run support Kendrick well so I'm shootin' for the moon with the Phillies today. I had this line at about even (-105/-105). 5 units to win 6.85 units.

    Baltimore +109.....This is more of a fade of the D'Rays than a play on the O's. Shields seems to be slipping fast and, with the D'Rays as a favorite, I gotta take a shot with the Orioles. 1 unit to win 1.09 units.

                      I'm sort of liking the Crew tonight but staying off of it. I'm thinking the fight between Yost and Estrada may add a much needed spark for the Brewers. We'll see tonight if they rally behind it and it makes them stronger as a team or if they just completely melt down....

                          Brewers need it, because there falling fast. Gallardo has lived up to the hype since being called up before the all-star break. I'd go brewers, and I don't know how I feel about the O's either...they have a depleted bullpen and Cabrera has only gone 7 innings once in his last 10. Meanwhile, I think shields stopped the free fall he was on...but we'll see.

                          I would suggest Mariners and the over...LOCK.
