I'm curious if anyone could break down how many 200+ favorites in the last 5 years or so have won by 1 run. It would be greatly appreciated.

Using covers.com data from 2001-present, of the 2,053 games where one team was a -200 or greater favorite, 352 of those games (17.15%) ended with a favorite MOV of exactly 1 run.
