Thank you mcbaseball, to quote a Harry Potter movie (don't recall which one and thought they've all been good) "You've got to have your wits about you." A win should be savored until the the next day at the longest but remember it forever, while if one is going to do this they need to put the loses behind them within a couple hours after the game but learn from their mistake. Currently, it's not clicking the way it should but I won't change it as the season is still less than a month old. Your welcome and thank you for your daily input.

and you're aware of the CO President death right? It's the single largest reason that game was not played by myself. Hard to say how this will effect the ballclub - they could come out like a triple A club or a World Series Championship team, big range there - no big for me.

As am I and not just from your wager stand point. The loss on any close knit group can go either direction and tonight, things lined-up well for the Rockies and I think it's only fitting they played and won the game for a person who cared so deeply about the game for his city. While I did not see this game yet, it would not come as a big surprise to see a black stripe somewhere on the players uniforms the remainder of the season and to me, that'd be a good thing.

So far, the only thing on board that jumps at me is the Brew Crew tomorrow playing in Pittsburgh and possibly the Rangers if the line jumps a little.

Ugh....

Shame the Giants couldn't pull it out. Jonathan Sanchez gave up 1 H, 3 BBs, and struck out 10 giving up only 1 R in 7.0 IP and STILL managed to get a loss...this Giants team needs more pop in that lineup.

On a side note, it is VERY possible that Sanchez may lead the national league in strikeouts this year, surpassing his counterpart Lincecum. Just keep an eye on his control.
