I am not sure I have purposely skipped out on one of your plays in a long time Terry but I am really consdering not playing Seattle. Nothing against the play but I have a funny feeling about this series.
That being said the Yankees will probably win by double digits today.

TA - I know you watch alot of baseball. Maybe my perception is off, but it seems that the strike zone is a little wider, higher, and lower this year. It appears I'm seeing alot more 0-2, 1-2, 2-2 counts and alot more hitters looking back at the umpire after a called strike. I know a case can be made for the hitters timing being off due to the elimination of the PED's and Greenies, but it should not affect what they see at the plate. You agree?

the yanks are 11-0 w/out a-fraud (a-rod) in the lineup.. sabathia hasnt lost at home in over a year but they face a divisional team next on the road and a pitcher who has beaten them and has been dominating at home to the point of almost throwing a no hitter in his last game at home.. i know what folks will say so please save it.. anybody can make a case for betting the yanks in this spot and how they WONT be looking ahead etc etc etc.. this is an attempt at the other side and at 325 and 160 on the rl i will gladly throw away (if you want to look at it that way) 1/3 unit on the side,rl and 1st 5 innings.. kind of a fun bet but it could return something

You're VP, I do watch many games per week, similar to

as their is a game within the game that will not show up in the data/numbers/stats. Take a look at who's behind the plate and you'll see a pattern for each caller (ump). Generally speaking, they "set it" within the first couple baters so both teams will know where it is 'today'. I also know each team has a bio on the masked man in terms of location and brief their sticks prior to the game.

To me, all I ask for is a consistent call but would like them to go back to above the knee and below the pits with the black being called a strike. Hope that gives you what you're looking for.
