Rough day for me today should have tailed you on the Marlins, I let the home team knowledge get the best of me... Even though Hensley allowed only 4 hits and we tagged them for 10 couldnt get the W. Good stuff hitting your big money game though!

Hey TA, I"m new to baseball betting. Just wondering if you have a system to pick if a strong team (-140 or more) for the long term. Like, if you put several units on Team A (-140) to win, are you expecting that team to win that particular game X number of times(x being a profitable amount)

I mean, there are games I look at and see -175 on a team that will win that game 4 of 5 times and I'm wondering if those are profitable picks

I use a two-part selection process. The first part determines the team to play on and/or play against. The second part determines the amount of each play/wager.

I understand your question but I don't select games that way. Yes, the line is used but so are other variables with each having a different amount of weight. I've played games that were at both ends of the spectrum. Hope this helps and good luck this season.

I wouldn't worry to much about a spring training loss. ATL should be a solid a team this season.

It happens superjeff24, but at least it didn't lose. I read in another thread you were looking for another book. If you don't have 5Dimes, Bet Jam, CRIS/BookMaker, Greek or Matchbook you might want to consider opening up there.
