And what's the reason for this?
Without any reasoning, it just makes it a trend, which usually evens out in the long run. Kind of like flipping a coin 31 times and having it coming up heads 26 times...which is possible, but not probable...and saying that you should bet on heads.
Knowing this info, without anyone giving me an explanation why they generally go over, I'd be more inclined to bet the under.
