Against it, Pujols being out isn't as huge as it may seem at first glance, but it is meaningful. The Mets have a tougher pen and lineup, and they should be able to pull this one out. Unless Hernandez gets crushed, which is always a possibility, but less likely here. Even if Wainwright keeps pace with Hernandez, the Mets should still have a solid advantage in the later innings.
