IMO, this game is either gonna go two ways.

1. Buerhle is going to pitch lights out so his trade/re-sign value keeps going up.

2. All the trade rumors are going to mess up his concentration and he'll have a terrible game.

Personally, being a White Sox fan, I think it's going to be number one. The Sox have looked terrible as of late and I think they are on the turnaround here.
