So why would a guy with a 6 era be able to shut down a team consisting of Ryan Howard, Jimmy Rollins, Aaron Rowand, and Chase Utley to name a few? He is also facing one of the best pitchers in the national league.

I'm not really too big on many sides tomorrow. I do like the over (9) in that PHI-CLE game. Lee has been hit hard for most of the year and the Tribe at home is always a threat to score no matter who they play.

One of the few sides I considered goes against your OAK play. Lohse hasn't been total crap lately and Blanton's starts at home have been close as he's suffered from a lack of run support. Not completely sold on this yet, but thinking about it.

ATL might be a decent play with Boston's road struggles. You just gotta hope their bats didn't wake up on Sunday.

This is the same stuff I heard a couple weeks back when jackson TB pitched against detroit, as a matter of fact it was a monday game, again I heard it the other day with loe but he shutout pittsburgh 6-0.


I have no in depth explanation as to why so I won't try to sound like a handicapping pro, I am just a gambler who should probably quit but cleveland is the side tonight.

As a matter of fact FIFA I think it was you who made the same statement before as now, Why would edwin jackson beat detroit, he won 6-5.

I hate to blame it on this, but the unpredictability factor of the game is what gave you the win. Handicapping is handicapping because nothing is ever certain. Is it possible for edwin jackson to beat the tigers? Yes. The odds aren't very good. But, there remains a chance that he will win. That aspect of the game is out of our control. If that same bet were to fall into my lap again, I would take it. My point is, if you are winning games like that with no reasoning to back your picks up, then you are no better than a monkey chosing lines from a sheet.
