I can't tell you immediately what it was last season, but i can tell you that according to my records, MLB road faves between -121 and -140 were 121-109 for a total of -19.8 units, which was a return of approximately -6.6%.
Now my numbers of course aren't exactly perfect, since the lines I entered may not have been the closing lines, or the opening lines, or the lines at a certain time of the day. They were the lines that existed when I made the picks. But in general, I'd say they're roughly accurate. I don't know as yet what would happen if you took out the -130 through -140 games.
