    Matsui to the Angels. Thoughts?

Hmm I'm an Angels fan. Is this a good thing? I'm not sure if it is or not. I don't really care for him. Every time I was betting for the Yanks over the Summer Matsui was ****ing me when he got up to the plate.

According to my wide baseball expertise, Matui is going to be a good reinforcement!

Not a horrible replacement for Vlad as simply a DH.

One year deal for $6 Million. He'll look weird in an Angels uniform...

Still a solid hitter. Not a bad pick up.

Moreno is following in Autrey's footsteps....signing players on the downhill slide.

Good pick up for the Halo's. I would have liked to keep Hideki in the Bronx but the aging roster and his inability to spend any time in the field really makes him a half time DH, unacceptable.

With the departure of Figgins' bat (.298 in 2009) and Gurrero I think Matsui will be a good situational hitter for the Angels in 2010.

I would rather have kept Vladimir Guerrero as my DH. He's a better hitter, he's less injury prone, and he's more capable of playing the field if called upon.

You must not have watched any angel games last year. Vlad has the body of a 40 year old.

As a fan, you should be looking at his production and what he brings to the Angels. He played a key role in the Yankees WS run last season. I think he can be a huge addition to the Angels. How many times did bettors get fuk by CC Sabathia last year?

As a Yankee fan, I loved Matsui. As a pure DH, you won't regret it. He hits lefties really well and he hits in the clutch.

When he's locked in the ball jumps off his bat. He's streaky though, when he's cold he'll ground everything to second but he's a good pickup for the Angels. Matsui will be missed by the Yankees.

another value pickup by the Angels, maybe they'll take the all the NYY leftovers and make them into integral parts of their offense (like Abreu, awesome pickup)
