There really aren't any great teams in the NL. Very little separates LAD, SD, AZ, Mil, ATL, NYM, and PHI. Even Florida, Chicago, St. Louis, and Houston are all competitive in their division if they make one trade.

Ever since the turnover of their rotation, they have been very competitive. I actually have the Cards as the worst team in baseball now. The Nationals are moving up in the world.
