Yeah Eaton is not so great, and he has a bad record at home so far this year, but I think that's mostly incidental. He had Ok starts in May at home vs Toromto and Milwaukee.

Vazquez himself can get hit, and Philly has all their big bats in. The Sox, however, have Thome out tonight, basically their only guy from their past who is still hitting well. Their lineup is not too formidable, Jenks has gone 3 days in a row now, and they are not a winning team in general. I think Philly at close to even money is a good bet here, although the line has moved strongly in the Sox' direction, why, I'm not sure. I'm guessing it may be because of Eaton?

I made a small play on the over 9.5 last night at even money. As you say, both pitcher's are hittable, even more so pitching in that ballpark.

Why did the line move so strongly to the side of the Sox??? It makes me nervous - but I'm still going to go with my Philly bet tonight.

Spiro seems to side with us on this game Mr.HG. I noticed that thegreek has the Phillies currently at -127, and really -130 most of the day.

ChiSox making Eaton look like Jake Peavy.

I'm done with the White Sox for a while. That team couldn't hit itself out of a wet paper bag...

You know there's a problem with your offense when your starting pitcher only gives up 3 solo home runs and yet you're never in the game...
