lot of road dogs....i just played ATL +113. Out of that bunch, I would lean most heavily on Wash. Interleague is much more difficult to cap.

I respectfully disagree with you on your Mets play Senator. The Tigers have just been way too dominate in inter-league game these pass few years, not to mention NY seems to be struggling right now very badly.

Yeah, I'm not completely in love with the Mets either, BBD. I think the pitching matchup favors NY and they are one of the best teams in the NL. The DH should help their offensive problems as well...

Passing on the Mets as an underdog is going to be tough...

I completely agree with the mets play. In fact, I think that they are going to light up durbin.

I also like the angels -120.

Got 3 tonight:

Houston +120.....I am very surprised by the way this line is moving. Both teams are not very good but I think the White Sox are on their way to tanking. Sampson has been pretty consistent this season. So, with both teams being awful and getting a plus number with a relatively consistent guy in Sampson, I'll take it and run. 5 units on this game.

Texas +123.....I admit that this one is a little shaky from my perspective but a lot of indicators I use point to Texas tonight. Texas has just been awful lately but I'll play one unit to see if the indicators are right.

Toronto +185.....This is more of an anti-Dodgers play than anything. Rough last start with Penny. It seems to be all or nothing with him. I'll take a gander for a unit with Toronto and McGowan and speculate that Penny has another rough outing. Sometimes, I like to play the "kick a team when they are down" theory. You might be able to apply that to the Jays as well but that loser last night by the Dodgers is a deflator and this theory would definitely apply to the Dodgers.

I played Mets and Blue Jays myself. Big pitching advantage for the Mets tonight, both with starter and the bullpens.

I actually played Cardinals +124. I think Colon should be avoided as a favorite until he proves he is not damaged goods. Yes Wells sucks, but he was OK in his last home start, and a quick hook would be beneficial too as St. Louis is fifth in the Majors in pen ERA.

I really like Toronto and Pittsburgh tonight, E.

I actually was considering Texas, but I don't trust Tejeda. Not to mention that me and The Crew don't get along. They win when I'm against them and they lose when I'm on them. Its like clockwork...

The Brewers have been horrible on offense over their last 20 games as well.

Why would that be?..."Penny" is on the mound, Toronto had a long flight last night, and they played yeasterday. So, just currious why they would be a favorite of yours. BTW, Yanks just tied it up 2-2.

Penny's real ERA is actually about a run and a half higher than what his actual ERA is and McGowan has pitched better than his numbers show.

I don't put a lot of stock in travel...

I understand....but for the record, the travel trend is now up to 74% winners! That stat includes every team in the league! Travel plays a pivital role in this league, especially when they play back2back nights. Just like Colorado & Baltimore tonight. Baltimore had a night off last night too. Just my 2 bits though....
