I must say the brewers had the bases full a couple times I don't know how this game is 2-1

mil should be winning at least 6-1 I hope this doesn't happen now that I said it but will take the cubs at 7-2

The way Bush has been pitching, he shouldn't be a favorite against anybody. Marquis has been fairly solid this season and even the Cubs aren't going to lose every game this year...

Marquis 5-2, 2.93 ERA, 1.10 WHIP

Bush 3-5, 5.64 ERA, 1.33 WHIP

You must not have been paying much attention to the Cubs' bullpen this season. With you on Baltimore though, and the start is nice. 3 or 4 could be enough for Bedard.

but at least marquis has a respectable win loss ratio

marquis w/l 5-2, t w/l 7-4........ bush w/l 3-5, t w/l 3-8

also bush 1-5 against cubs overall 1-2 at home vs them

marquis 3-8 vs brewers overall 1-3 at brewers

like I said they both stink but marquis has more wins both now and before.

It's hard to say that when a team loses 7-2 that they let one slip by but what the hell those first two innings.....base load 1 out no runs, bases load in the 2nd and nobody out and they don't score...unreal. They had runers in each inning...Marquis threw more than 100 pitches by the end of the 5th inning. They had them today but couldn't get the big hit...and for whatever reason, Bush seems to melt down late in games...otherwise he was on cruise control up until the 7th inning.
