1* Boston/Toronto under 9 -120: Tavarez did a respectable job in the rotation at the end of last season, and even though he struggled in his first outing this year, I think he will pitch better against a banged-up Jays lineup. Even if he gets roughed up, 9 runs seems a bit high, as Halladay should keep Boston's offense under control.
