Underrated--Reds, Pirates, D'Backs, A's (at least after the All-Star break)

Overrated--ChiSox, Dodgers, Phillies, Cubs

Braves, Brewers, Pirates, Blue Jays, and Royals

Braves are on fire right now, and seem to be under the radar as of now.
